The bargaining team did an outstanding job for their membership when they enhanced their personal time and many other economic provisions of their underpaid telecommunicators when they achieved a $.50 per hour market adjustment in each of the four years of the deal prior to the percentage adjustment to their wage matrix. Corporal pay was improved from a flat $75.00 per month to 2.5% above the corrections/bailiff wage matrix to base and added a 5% above the corrections/bailiff wage matrix for sergeants.  All position wage matrixes were then adjusted by 9.25% over the four years of the deal.  The team led by Chairman Arnie Rexroad, Justin Finfrock, Wyatt Haythorne, Billie Bales and Gena Blair did an outstanding job on behalf of their membership.  Field Supervisor Jerry Lieb assisted the team during negotiations.
