The members of the Carroll County Deputies/Corrections Officers/Telecommunicators bargaining unit settled a three year agreement. The members will receive a wage increase of 5.1% over three years with step increases of $500 each year.  Previous labor negotiations for a successor Labor Agreement were resolved via an Interest Arbitration which the Labor Council prevailed on all Union proposals submitted. The Employers: County of Carroll and the Sheriff of Carroll County this time did not bring in their outside lawyers and the parties reached a settlement in three (3) meetings.  The bargaining team members for this negotiation were Jim Hiher, Mike Rannow, Craig Dimmick, Aspen Herrell, Clarence Mobley and Debbie Kamper, assisted by Labor Council Field Supervisor Kevin Krug.
