Officers from the Milan Police Department negotiated a four year agreement with the City and an across the board raise of 2% the first year with a 1% raise every six months for the life of the contract.  Language to personal time was clarified and sick time allowed to be taken for assisting immediate family members. Vacation scheduling was adjusted to make less senior officers able to get a choice.  Personal days may be traded for dental bill money at a rate of $200 per traded day.  Officers Radosevich, James and DeBacker were the negotiating team assisted by Field Representative Michael K.
