The Team confirmed a new nine (9) hour work schedule with three (3) days off.  Implemented a Health Savings Plan, expanded the use of physician assistants or nurse practitioners for required sick leave certifications, increased the number of bereavement days to five (5) paid days in case of death of a spouse or child; provided some increases for monthly employee health care contributions with a cap of 17.5 percent; increased payment for in-line-of-duty death provided for a employee cash opt-out from medical; and defined personal property replacement compensation.
