Congratulations to the Washington County unit on the settlement of their most recent contract. The contract is for four-years and involved a total increase of $2.25 to the member's hourly wage, an increase in the stipend for Supervisors and an increase in longevity steps.  The negotiating team did concede random drug testing and the changing of all benefit time to hours instead of days.  The negotiations were conducted by members, Drew Bauer, Chaz Carroll and Luke Harrison and assisted by Field Representative Dan Bailey.
