Congrats to the Moultrie County Corrections unit on the settlement of their most recent contract!  The contract is for three (3) years and involved an increase in compensatory time for all members, and an increase in pay for the LEADS Coordinator and Sergeant positions.  In addition, the unit will receive a 9% wage increase over the term of the contract and were able to increase the amount of their longevity steps.  The unit did agree to a bi-furcated holiday compensation package between current and future employees.  Further, the unit also conceded a PTI Reimbursement section for future employees who leave prior to two (2) years of service. The negotiations team of Jeremy Jean and Ashley Beck were assisted by Field Representative Dan Bailey.
