Carterville Police Officers settled a 3-year contract with 7.75% on wages over 3 years.  There were increases in Detective and Sergeant pay, addition of FTO pay, and an increase in the residency radius.  The parties agreed to clarify revision of training stipends, shift language and uniform allowance. Field Representative Mark Russillo was assisted by Bargaining Committee members John Frost, Zachary Whitecotton and Aaron Glenn.
