A recently concluded Agreement for the Village of Bradley will significantly increase pension benefits through a restructuring of the language on holiday pay.  This compensation will now be attached permanently to rank and, therefore, count for pension compensation purposes, raising total pensions by about 3 %,  In addition, the three year pact, which involves some minor restructuring of the pay matrix, will increase the top police officer and dispatcher pay about 9%.  In addition, the bargaining unit has also worked with the employer to implement a VEBA plan to offset health care costs in retirement.

Members of the bargaining team include: Roger Tambling, Phil Trudeau, Matt Baxter, Michael Norfleet, Lance Devore, and Angela Sommer.
