The Palos Heights patrol officers and sergeants completed negotiations for a four year collective bargaining agreement.  The bargaining unit employees obtained significant across the board wages for each year of the Agreement.  The Agreement a first year freeze on insurance premium increases and confirmed modest increases thereafter.  There was also reopener language on insurance.  Starting salary was significantly increased.  Enhancements were also made to the Educational Incentive.
