Through the patient negotiations of the Macon County Corrections Bargaining Committee, consisting of Josh Page, Brandon Waller, Clayton Barrows, David Williams, Blake Fischer & Bart Tirpak, the bargaining unit was able to gain major wage improvements over a three year agreement. The unit made little concession to obtain these excellent wage increases considering the likelihood of maintaining a 90/10 insurance plan was negligible.  Without a doubt this negotiation can only be considered a resounding success for the unit.  The committee was assisted by Illinois Fraternal Order of Police Labor Council Attorney Rob Scott.
