The members of the Edwardsville Telecommunicators unit recently completed a successor 3-year Agreement. The new Agreement provides for increased wages, improved holiday compensation and clothing allowance.  A revised sick leave buy-back provision was negotiated for new employees.  Other changes address drug and alcohol testing, sick leave, personal day provisions and language addressing scheduling of a floater position and filling of permanent vacancies.  The local unit was represented by James Hengehold and Brendon Hurst.  The team was assisted by Labor Council Field Representative Dave Nixon.
