By Shawn Roselieb, Field Representative - Thursday, July 23, 2015

The Geneseo Patrol Officers, Sergeants and Telecommunicators recently reached a settlement on a three year Successor Agreement.  The Team bargained for wage increases of 3%, 3%, 3% and an additional 1.5% throughout the term of the Agreement for Patrol Officers and Sergeants based on their comparables.  Members will now be able to accrue an additional twelve hours of compensatory time.  The Employer agreed to status quo insurance costs for the duration of the Agreement and retiree health benefits were enhanced.  The compensation for shift differential was increased for members working various shifts.  The Negotiating Team consisted of Sean Johnson, Darren Jaros and Tony Tracy.  They were assisted by Field Representatives Shawn Roselieb and Mike Sheley.
