It is our unfortunate obligation to report the passing of Illinois Fraternal Order of Police Labor Council member, Sergeant Mark Wren of the LaSalle Police Department.  Mark was a 26 year veteran of the LaSalle Police Department who lost his courageous battle with cancer on May 12th after being diagnosed in August of 2014.  Mark is survived by his wife and two daughters.  We offer our sincere sympathy to the family and friends of Mark and will continue to hold dear all the members of the LaSalle Police Department.

Visitation will be from 9:00 AM to noon Monday May 18th  in St. Hyacinth Church, La Salle, Illinois followed by a noon Mass. Burial will be at St. Hyacinth’s Cemetery. Rest in peace brother...
