Congratulations to the Harrisburg Patrol Unit.  The unit reached an agreement with the City for a three year deal.  The negotiations began with the City requesting zeros over three years and substantial takeaways from the unit.  The City cited the Governor and his Turnaround Agenda as the reason for being unable to offer anything.  Over the course of negotiations, a three year deal was put together where the unit did earn wage increases.  The unit agreed to a reduction of two bankable sick days for employees hired after May 1, 2015.  Negotiations were held in Harrisburg and the unit was assisted by Labor Council Attorney E. Ryan Hall.
