After several months of bargaining, the Richland County Deputies, Corrections Offficers and Telecommunicators agreed to a 3-year successor agreement which included 3.75% annual wage increases for the duration of the contract, less restrictive vacation usage while giving the employer some flexibility to shop for insurance plans and an increase in employee contributions, in addition to a new plan opt-out provision worth 50% of the  "gold" plan
