Schiller Park Patrol Officers are now working under a new three (3) year contract. Although bargaining was contentious at times, the parties did reach an Agreement that was equitable for both parties. Wages shall increase 7.75% over the term. FTO compensation, uniform allowance and Court time payment minimum pay requirements were all increased. Officer in Charge pay was also improved. The Viilage agreed to contract language restricting the use of part time officers, as well as language describing training requirements of those officers
