Bill Jarvis and Kevin Maskel negotiated a three year contract with adjustments to the base of 2.75% effective December 1, 2013; 2.5% effective December 1, 2014 and 2.0% effective December 1, 2015.  In addition, the County agreed to a one dollar longevity increase for each year of service.  By the third year of the contract, longevity for the sergeants will be $30 per month for each year of service after completing 48 months of continuous service (up to 120 months), $31 per month up to 20 years of service and $34 per month for each year of service up to a maximum of 360 months of service.
