Carlyle Police negotiated a three year deal with modest wage increases of 1% and a long sought conversion to 12 hour shifts.  Also added were longevity stipends, ranging from $250 at 5 years to $1250 at 25 years.  Current employees received cumulative longevity stipends.  The Detective received $.50 per hour added to his base.  Bargaining Team members were Mike Lane and Mark Taylor, assisted by Labor Council Field Representative Doug Crawford.
