The bargaining team of Chairman Ryan Nichols, Al McClellan and Thomas Jackson achieved a major goal for their unit when they negotiated a compression in their pay plan which moved top pay from 26 years to 20 years.  The wage matrix compression provided increases to the bargaining unit members ranging form 2.3% to 8.6% in the one year deal.  Also negotiated was an increase to the cap paid by the employer for their health insurance.
