The White County bargaining unit of Deputies, Jailers, Telecommunicators and Sergeants just settled a successor agreement with the White County Board and Sheriff.  Our team consisted of Byrd Huber, Wayne McKenzie, Jarrod McKenzie, Nick Hyatt, Cody Jacobs and Justin Spencer.  The team did an excellent job in negotiating wage increases.  The unit made successful wage gains; 2.25% in the first year and 2.5% in the final two years.  Additional gains made were related to sick leave.  Assisting in negotiations was IL FOP Labor Council Attorney, E. Ryan Hall.
