24 Hour Critical Incident Hotline: 877-IFOP-911

By Mark Russillo, Field Representative - Monday, November 3, 2014

Wayne County Sheriff's Department employees recently settled a 3 year contract with wage increased by 2.75% over the term of the agreement.   The parties also agreed to adjust longevity from a graduated scale from years 12 to 20 to 4% for each of those years. In return, employees will receive an additional 1% per year on each year from years 21 to 30.  There were also some contract language clarifications regarding incumbent weather, creditable earnings for anyone about to retire and cell phone reimbursement.  Field Representative Mark Russillo was assisted by Bargaining Committee Members Cynthis Steiner, Mike Vinson, Chris Otey and Mike Miller.
