After almost 18 months of intense negotiations with the Village, the team of Eric Katzin, Leo Kotor and Jeff Simpson were able to secure a four-year Collective Bargaining Agreement for Riverside Patrol which expires in 2016.  In addition to a 10% retroactive wage increase, all members are now able to grieve discipline.  They also have an extra holiday and increased compensation when working as an Officer-in-Charge.  The Bargaining Team was assisted by Jeff Burke and Dan Mahoney of the Illinois FOP Labor Council.
