The Lee County Probation Officers have wrapped up an Agreement just in time to head back to the table to start all over again.  The Agreement is for the period of December 1, 2012-November 30, 2014.  Members added 7.5% to their base salary and any additional percentages based on evaluations paid out as a bonus for the term.  Claims of discrimination will be handled through the appropriate federal or state agency or court rather than through the grievance procedure set forth in the Labor Agreement.  The Negotiating Team consisted of Mike Wilcox and Lesley Dever.  They were assisted by Gary Bailey, Kevin Krug, Mike Sheley, and Shawn Roselieb
