Highland Patrol Officers settled a three year contract with increased wages, as well as an additional $200 increase in educational bonus pay for a Bachelor's Degree and an additional $400 increase for a Master's Degree. There was also increases to the tuition reimbursement levels.  Additionally, the parties agreed to a sick leave buyback plan, 12 additional hours of leave, an increase in the uniform allowance, language to accommodate a Healthcare Insurance Policy Committee, utilization of personal days in hourly increments and clarification to the Personnel Policy Manual.  Field Representative Mark Russillo assisted Bargaining Team Members: Heather Kunz, Damian Feeney and Darren Twyford.
