Carrollton negotiations were opened one year ago, but start was delayed until after City elections.  After elections, the parties met a few times, jockeying back and forth awhile over the issues.  The Union seeking benefit gains throughout the Agreement, and the Employer seeking several benefit concessions.  Ultimately, the parties agreed to drop their respective proposals and accept the status quo on the Agreement, with the exception of a 3% per year wage settlement provided for each of the three years.  Mike Lovel and Reggie Pohlman represented their group, with Field Representative Doug Crawford.
