The Cumberland County Bargaining Team settled in mediation after reaching an agreement with the Employer on wages and health insurance. Three year across the board wage increases of 3.25% in each year and they agreed to add reopener language to the Health Insurance provision.  In addition the Team agreed to prorate the three annual personal days for new hires in the first year.  Bargaining Team of Donna Olmstead, Berlin Peters and Raymond Zike were assisted by Labor Council Field Representative Jerry Lieb.
