The negotiating team from the Knox County Sheriff’s Command unit, headed up by Sergeant Tim Sandrock and Lieutenant Keith Rickard, successfully completed a new three year Agreement. Accomplishments included pay raises across the board, longevity, and an adjustment to the pay schedules, prior to the raises. Longevity pay at 1, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of service within the unit, also a 1.5% raise across the board for each year of the Agreement.  Some additional language changes were made to the contract.
