24 Hour Critical Incident Hotline: 877-IFOP-911

By Mark Russillo, Field Representative - Wednesday, December 11, 2013

South Roxana Police Officers recently settled a three year contract with the Village with wage increases.  In addition, breakfast and lunch reimbursement amounts have been increased from $10 to $15.  The parties also agreed to increase the bonus amount for using less than 36 hours of sick leave in a year from $100 to $200.  Employees must provide a doctor's excuse for return to work after three consecutive days of sick leave.  On insurance, employees will contribute $20 per month toward premiums and will pay co-pays for doctor visits.  Comprehensive insurance language that includes impact bargaining and employee participation in Insurance Committee has been incorporated into the contract.  Field Representative Mark Russillo assisted the Bargaining Committe of Lt. Bob Coles and David Davis.
