The team consisting of Thomas Williamson, Kari Carter, Jon Jean, Marcie Miner, Nicholas Clapp and Bill Jarvis negotiated a four year contract which included general wage increases of 2% for each of the first three years and 3% for the final year of the contract.  Negotiations included two side letters, one dealing with driving time being included as hours of work and the second relating to IMRF military leave buy back program.
