Fairfield reached a two year agreement that provides for an increase in vacation for employees with seven to ten years of service; more equitable vacation accrual; tazers and tazer holsters; pay raises for dispatch in the amount of 1% in year 1 and 2% year 2, coupled with a new longevity pay system (previously dispatchers received no longevity pay); pay raises for police officers in the amount of 3% year 1 and 3% in year 2; new shift differential pay and new educational incentive pay.  The negotiations team of Keith Colclasure, Silas Eckleberry and Tom Windland were assisted by Field Representative Dave Nixon.
