Patrol Officers and Sergeants for the City of Carmi have agreed to terms for a three (3) year successor agreement. The unit made gains in wages and compensatory payouts.  They also successfully bargained for a shift differential worth .25¢  an hour for evening and midnight shifts and added to their base is a 2% wage increase in each year.  The unit also fought off an attempt by the City to completely dismantle and restructure their overtime languange and how overtime was to be calculated. Negotiations were assisted by E.
