Labor Council Attorney William Jarvis and Monticello Local Representative Jason Shumard are pleased to announce a new 3 year contract which provides three percent increase to the base for each of the three years of the contract.  The team also held firm in their position of maintaining longevity increases following the fifth, tenth and fifteenth years of service.  Additional benefits to be enjoyed by membership also include specific reference to the Uniform Peace Officers Disciplinary Act, ten hour work shifts and overtime opportunities based upon seniority.
