The 14th Judicial Circuit and Whiteside County Probation Officers recently completed a new three year Agreement.  Officers will can expect to receive a 2.5% increase in each year of the agreement, and in the years they move up one step an additional 1.5% in December of that year. A few minor language changes for clarification were made to this Agreement.  The negotiating team of Officers Andrew Swanstrom and Brooke Plachno were assisted by ILFOP Labor Council Field Representatives Shawn Roselieb and Michael Sheley.
